Honda has once again excelled when it comes to safety as five 2023 Honda models recently earned the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) Top Safety Pick certification, and three models earned the Top Safety Pick+ designation, the highest safety designation offered by the IIHS. The new HR-V, CR-V and Odyssey were ranked among the safest vehicles on the road, while the Civic sedan and Civic Hatchback also received top honors.

All five models come standard with the innovative Collision Mitigation Braking System as part of the Honda Sensing technology suite. This system, which is designed to prevent collisions or at least reduce their severity, significantly improves occupants' peace of mind on the road. This technology was awarded a Superior rating by the IIHS, the highest rating for a driver assistance technology.
